We're seeking a dynamic Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and drive customer satisfaction to new heights.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and respond to all online sales inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Virtual Engagement: Conduct virtual vehicle presentations and consultations to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective online sales strategies.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze online sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
  • Experience: Luxury automotive sales experience required; Land Rover experience preferred.  
  • No Automotive Internet Experience, please do not apply. 
  • Proven experience in luxury automotive sales; Land Rover experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of online sales processes and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and online sales platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
