Boutique San Francisco law firm specializing in Plaintiffs' side Complex Class Actions, is seeking a legal/marketing assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and organized. This position will be supporting the nationwide marketing and business development efforts of the firm, as well as supporting the attorneys with general administrative tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal and/or marketing career who is interested in professional services, has exceptional language and proof-reading skills and is hyper organized. The. successful candidate will have a background as a legal/administrative assistant, and an interest in assisting the firm with it's marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Request for Proposals from government entities, including being responsible for organizing and proofing materials in response
- Provide administrative support including for conference planning, sponsoring, calendaring and follow up
- Assist with the creation, editing and distribution of marketing materials, proposals and presentation
- Prepare, issue and track press releases
- Maintain and update the firm’s website and attorney bios
- Support social media scheduling and content coordination
- Track, prepare, finalize and submit ranking submissions
- Track and organize press mentions, award nominations and rankings submissions
- Coordinate logistics for webinars, including materials, registrations and post-event follow-up
- Gather analytics for marketing campaigns website traffic and social engagement
- Update and maintain mailing lists and contact data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented
- Tech Savvy
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
