What We’re Looking For:
License: Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
Passion: A genuine commitment to working with seniors.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
Skillset: A compassionate team player with the ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking during the NOC shift.
Coachability: Trainable and able to follow and implement clinical instructions.
Your Role:
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
Maintain accurate record-keeping for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Periodically review and update resident discharge plans as required.
Conduct nightly rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and care is delivered according to protocol.
