What we're looking for:
We need someone with 2–5 years of administrative experience who thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment and takes pride in doing things right the first time. You should be comfortable working closely with attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced litigation setting and have a track record of reliable, consistent performance. Bonus points if you have law firm experience, but a strong corporate admin background is equally welcome — if you're smart and dependable, we'll train you.
Assemble and maintain litigation notebooks — both digital and paper versions — for hearings and trial prep (this is the dominant task and the firm's biggest current pain point)
Provide comprehensive administrative support to two litigation partners and the broader litigation team, offloading non-billable work so paralegals can focus on billable tasks
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate hearing logistics with precision and follow-through
Handle document filing, client correspondence support, and general administrative duties for the litigation department
Coordinate daily with the senior litigation paralegal (20 years of experience) and attorneys on hearing prep, filing, and scheduling
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients via phone, maintaining the firm's high standards of client service
