Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Litigation Paralegal – Job Summary (San Francisco Office)

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
• Manage case deadlines, calendars, and documentation
• Draft and manage court filings, including cite/fact-checking, Bluebook/CSM formatting, proofreading, and exhibit preparation
• Assist with discovery processes such as document collection, review, and production
• Conduct factual and legal research
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Must have knowledge of California and Federal court rules and procedures
• Trial and electronic discovery experience required
• Must be available to work overtime as needed

Professional Experience and Education

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience in California
