Boutique litigation firm specializing in representing plaintiffs' in individual and mass torts, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their dedicated team. This role requires a self-starter with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably involving complex cases such as residential fire losses and catastrophic injuries. You'll play a pivotal part in supporting attorneys and clients with compassion, precision, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, witness lists, and case organization
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, experts, and court staff
  • Maintain case files and track deadlines and court dates
  • Investigate facts and gather evidence relevant to fire-related and injury cases
  • Support attorneys during depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and other key documents

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent education/experience
  • 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury
  • Prior experience handling complex cases, especially involving property damage and fire-related claims, is highly desirable
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
