Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients’ health conditions
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
- Stay updated with current healthcare practices and standards
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred (New graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
