DGA is seeking a creative and adaptable Marketing Manager to join our Sacramento office. DGA’s four California locations function as a single, collaborative team, providing seamless service, shared expertise, and a consistent commitment to excellence across all projects. The Marketing Manager will work closely with senior management on developing marketing strategies for pursuits in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. You will be the main driver responsible for the development and production of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for the Sacramento office. As a member of the firm-wide marketing team, you will help plan and produce high-quality marketing materials and contribute to engaging social media posts and other communications, all of which enhance the connectedness and unity of our firm across all locations.
The candidate we seek is able to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple pursuits. You are a good people-person with great time management skills, and able to produce good looking and sounding content with little supervision.

At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $110,000 to $150,000 commensurate with qualifications
