Job Title: Orthopedic Physician Assistant – Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000 (based on experience)

Our team is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality musculoskeletal care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team and contribute to the long-term success of the practice.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to manage a clinic-based patient panel with a focus on orthopedic care. This role will involve evaluating and treating new and existing patients, managing pre- and post-operative care, and collaborating closely with our orthopedic surgeon and clinical team. This is a clinic-only position — no operating room time or surgical responsibilities required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage your own patient panel under physician supervision
- Conduct detailed orthopedic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide pre-operative education and post-operative follow-up care
- Perform joint and soft tissue injections (training provided if needed)
- Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic tests
- Coordinate care and referrals as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to practice growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Valid California PA license and NCCPA certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant (any specialty)
- Interest in orthopedics; prior ortho experience preferred but not required — training available
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
