Founded in 1954 as Center Medical Hospital, Kentfield Hospital- now a subsidiary of American Advanced Management-is a Long-Term Acute care Hospital (LTACH) serving patients across two locations in Marin County and San Francisco. POSITION SUMMARY
Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Kentfield Hospital. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Works in a charge nurse capacity as assigned based on patient and hospital need. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty. This position is Full-time and resides in our Kentfield location. At the present time, we are looking for candidates who are interested in Full-time, NOC Shift.
POSITION SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the following positions: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.
