I’ve been retained by a well-established, privately held real estate investment firm with a strong mission of preserving affordable and workforce housing nationwide. With offices in SF, Boston, Texas and NY, they are continuing to grow and are now expanding their Texas portfolio (25 assets totaling 10,000+ units).

We’re currently looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Asset Management team in downtown San Francisco. This is a newly created role due to portfolio growth and increased deal activity.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ad hoc and financial reporting
  • Market data analysis and pricing
  • Consolidations and financial model support
  • Analysis to manage deal flow
  • Portfolio-wide initiative implementation
  • Working across large data sets to identify performance trends and risks

This is an excellent fit for someone who is:

  • Financially savvy (Excel required, Power BI/Tableau a plus)
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow
  • Coming from a REIT or real estate investment/development platform (2–3 years of experience)
