Senior UI UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the redesign and optimization of the UI for our SaaS and B2B web platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Translate complex user needs and requirements into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve a design system and visual language that aligns with our brand and enhances user engagement.
• Implement a mobile-first, responsive design approach, adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment on design goals and execution.
• Utilize user feedback and data insights to iterate and improve designs, optimizing usability and aesthetics.
• Occasionally contribute to user research and usability testing to support design decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience as a UI Designer, preferably working on SaaS products and B2B web platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI design, including examples of wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes for complex platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of design systems and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and the ability to design inclusive user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating world-class user interfaces.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Experience in startups or fast-growing SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with the construction industry or similar technical domains.
