Broccoli is building the AI-native operating system for home service businesses. Running a plumbing or HVAC company is chaotic—calls, scheduling, dispatch, follow-ups, marketing. We automate all of it so contractors can focus on what they do best: serving customers.
Our AI voice agents handle both revenue and ops—answering phones 24/7, booking jobs in real time, following up on leads, and alerting techs when emergencies hit. We're not just automating admin—we're redefining how an entire industry operates.
We started by going door-to-door, speaking to over 140 contractors before building our first prototype. Since then, we’ve:
Grown from 0 to 200+ contractors in under a year
Hit $2M in revenue
Raised an unannounced round led by a Tier 1 VC
Built a team of 9, now expanding rapidly
The opportunity ahead is one of the biggest labor automation frontiers in the U.S. and we’re just getting started.
One of our earliest customers now works from our office twice a week. This isn’t a metaphor—customer voices shape our roadmap in real time. Every engineer is close to the customer. Every feature maps to real-world needs.
As one of the first 15 hires, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our:
Core platform architecture
AI-driven workflows and integrations
User-facing tooling for contractors
End-to-end customer and job lifecycle automation
You’ll work directly with our co-founder Aditya Ketkar and customers, shipping features with immediate impact.
Have 6–10 years of experience building production software
Have worked at top-tier tech companies (Airbnb, Stripe, Robinhood) or high-growth startups (Seed–Series C)
Think like a product owner—you care about impact, not just code
Thrive in ambiguous, high-speed environments
Are excited to work in-person in SF with a close-knit team
Enjoy talking to customers and building things they love
Only have experience in mobile apps, infra/devops, or niche tools
Prefer structure over speed
Aren’t excited by early-stage chaos, ownership, and iteration
Broccoli is where real-world problems meet AI-first solutions. If you want to build products that directly improve the lives of hard-working people—and be part of a startup with explosive momentum—come join us.
