Compensation: $140,000 base salary, cash

What You'll Own
- Build and scale data capturing workflows across web (Next.js) and backend (Python/Node)
- Architect data pipelines handling high-throughput, heavy data loads
- Work directly with the founding team to define product strategy and ship fast
- Set engineering best practices as the team scales
- Run in dockerized, Kubernetes-managed environments
What You'll Bring
- Strong fundamentals in Next.js and Python or Node
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end in a fast-moving startup
- Strong communication skills and a bias toward action
- Background at a strong company, a top university, or a track record of independent technical projects
Nice to Have
- Experience building or working with RL environments
- Exposure to human-in-the-loop or agentic data systems
- Prior founding engineer or early-stage startup experience
This is a six-day-a-week, in-person founding role for someone who wants outsized ownership and is energized by startup intensity.
