Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience
* Experience in menu development and kitchen management
* Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine; Turkish cuisine experience is a plus
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Experience in food cost management and quality control
