We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Lawyer with 8+ years PQE to own complex real estate PE transactions end-to-end and serve as the trusted counsel for sophisticated mid-market fund clients. You'll join a tiny team at an AI-native law firm, encoding your domain expertise into proprietary AI agents while managing senior client relationships directly.
What will you be doing?
Owning senior client relationships as the face of the firm for real estate PE clients (£500m–£10bn AUM)
Driving real estate workflows end-to-end - buy/sell side M&A, living sector, developer/operator deals
Building documentation and playbooks that encode your legal expertise into the firm's AI agent
Interacting daily with the AI platform to scope, execute, and quality-check complex matters
Shaping the firm's real estate practice from the ground up alongside engineering and the CEO
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 8+ years PQE in real estate (dual NY Bar qualification a major plus)
Deep real estate PE domain experience - advising funds on transactions, M&A, living sector, or in-house GC at a RE company/fund
Pedigree from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or White Shoe firm (e.g. Taylor Wessing, Slaughter and May, Linklaters, Clifford Chance, Freshfields, Ashurst, Kirkland)
Senior enough to credibly own client relationships and be put in front of sophisticated PE fund principals without supervision
Comfortable working with AI tools daily as a core part of the workflow
