What You Will Do

• Build and enhance full stack features across a unified platform that manages real-time, multi-channel communications.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven systems for efficient, low-latency workflows.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of product features, from architecture to deployment and continuous iteration.
• Develop robust APIs for internal use and external integrations, ensuring they are well-documented and maintainable.
• Contribute to user experience design, ensuring a polished and intuitive product for end users in diverse contexts.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, particularly in real-time and conversational AI applications.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React in production settings.
• Proven ability to drive product improvements independently, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within startups or high-performance engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems, with a focus on low-latency processing.
• Solid foundation in system design and a passion for creating great user experiences.

Preferred

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and familiarity with machine learning concepts related to AI products.
• Frontend expertise in React.js and backend experience with Node.js.
• Background in both startup and larger company environments, showcasing adaptability.
